An established main dealer client of ours currently seeks an experienced Parts Advisor to join their team. Based in Southampton, reporting into the Parts Manager, this is a great opportunity to join a well-respected, progressive business with exciting growth plans. Current motor trade parts experience preferred.
Responsibilities & Requirements:
- Achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction
- Meeting and greeting customers coming into the parts department
- Ordering, booking parts, invoicing and taking payments
- Managing parts stock
- Liaising with the workshop, service advisors and customers
- Providing quotations
- Excellent customer service skills required
- Knowledge and experience of car parts
Package:
- £25,221 Basic Salary + £2,000 Bonus - £27,221 Package
- 8:00am - 5:30pm Monday to Friday
- One in two Saturday mornings - 8:30am - 1:00pm
