Located on the outskirts of Southampton, this exciting brand offers an ideal opportunity for individuals with existing service management expertise & strong aftersales experience to succeed with this family owned dealer group.
Responsibilities & Requirements of an Aftersales Manager:
- Enhancing service processes to enhance efficiency and profitability through vigilant monitoring.
- Assuming responsibility for the site's performance, actively contributing to its expansion.
- Guiding and supporting a dedicated team of service professionals, providing training and direction.
- Transitioning from a Senior Service Advisor or Assistant Service Manager role, poised for career advancement.
- Demonstrating leadership skills to inspire and manage teams effectively.
- Exemplary communication skills for fostering positive relationships with both customers and team members.
- Profound comprehension of motor trade operations and aftersales procedures.
The Package:
Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 [experience dependent] + bonus + company car!
Monday to Friday hours!!
