The Role:
Silcom Recruitment are currently on the hunt for an experienced Service Advisor to join a family owned and run, independent garage based in Christchurch.
Responsibilities & Requirements of a Service Advisor:
- Welcome customers warmly and professionally upon arrival, attentively addressing their vehicle service needs.
- Efficiently schedule service appointments, balancing customer availability with workshop capacity.
- Communicate service options, maintenance procedures, and repair estimates effectively, coordinating with technicians for timely completion.
- Provide updates on vehicle service progress, including any unforeseen delays or additional repairs.
- Maintain detailed records of service transactions, including histories, repair orders, and customer communications.
- Identify opportunities to upsell relevant products.
Package:
- Basic Starting Salary of up to £28,000 [Depending on experience]!!!
- Bonus scheme of up to £5000 per annum + Your birthday off!!
- Hours: Monday to Friday [8:00am - 6:00pm] + half an hour lunch.
- (1-in-4) Saturdays [8:00am - 13:00pm]!
