The Role:
Silcom Recruitment is assisting a motor trade dealership group in the search for an experienced Transaction Manager, based in their established site.
Responsibilities & Requirements:
- Oversee and manage the sales transaction process, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
- Maximise sales of finance and insurance products, achieving and exceeding set targets.
- Support, motivate, and guide the sales team in achieving departmental objectives.
- Ensure full compliance with FCA regulations and company policies.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, delivering excellent service.
- Previous experience as a Business/Transaction Manager within the motor trade is essential.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
- A full UK driving licence is required.
The Package:
- Basic Salary: £30,000
- OTE: £50,750
- Monday to Friday: 8:30am – 6:00pm (designated day off during the week)
- Saturday: 8:30am – 6:00pm
- No Sundays
- 1 late shift until 9:00pm (either Tuesday or Thursday)
