The Role:
Our client, a reputable approved retailer based in Ipswich, are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Trainee Parts Advisor to join their dynamic team and kick-start a rewarding career in the motor trade industry.
We are looking for a Trainee Parts Advisor to support our client's parts department. The successful candidate will assist with parts inventory management, customer inquiries, and sales.
Responsibilities & Requirements of a Trainee Parts Advisor:
- Assist with the identification and ordering of automotive parts.
- Provide excellent customer service to clients, both in-person and over the phone.
- Process customer orders efficiently and accurately.
- Maintain an organised and up-to-date parts inventory.
- Assist in the receipt and stocking of incoming parts shipments.
- Support the parts team in daily operations and tasks.
- Learn and adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Develop strong product knowledge to assist customers effectively.
The Package:
Basic Salary: £25,000 + Bonus of £400 paid monthly!!
Monday to Friday hours [8:00am – 5:30pm] + (1-in-2) Saturdays!!
