The Role:
An established client of ours currently seek an experienced Parts Advisor to join their team. Based in Andover, reporting into the Aftersales Manager, a great opportunity to join a well-respected, premium business with an exceptional facility and brand.
Current motor trade parts experience preferred, but is not essential for this role.
Responsibilities & Requirements:
- Achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction.
- Ordering, booking parts, invoicing and taking payments.
- Managing parts stock.
- Liaising with the workshop, service advisors and customers.
- Providing quotations.
- Excellent customer service skills required.
- Knowledge and experience of car parts required.
Package:
£23,690 Basic Salary + Bonus, OTE £3,000 per annum.
7:30am - 16:30pmMonday to Friday.
One in four Saturday mornings - 8:00am - 12:00pm.
