We are seeking experienced and dedicated Vehicle Technicians to join our established client, a franchised main dealer based in Basingstoke. This role offers a competitive salary, great working hours, manufacturer training, and the opportunity to work with the latest diagnostic equipment and technologies.
Responsibilities of a Vehicle Technician:
- Carry out routine servicing and complex repairs on a wide range of passenger vehicles
- Perform MOTs, brake inspections, and safety checks to manufacturer and DVSA standards
- Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical faults in line with manufacturer guidance
- Maintain accurate service records and documentation in line with dealership processes
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician or Mechanic
- Relevant qualifications (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)
- MOT License preferred but not essential
The Package:
- Basic Salary: £32,000 to £36,000 per year
- Bonus scheme: OTE of £40,000 per year
- Working hours: Monday to Friday (7:30am to 4:30pm), Saturdays, 1 in 4 (8:00am to 2:00pm)
