The Role:
Silcom Recruitment are seeking an experienced Workshop Controller to join a well-established main-dealer franchise, based in Swindon.
Responsibilities & Requirements:
- Manage and allocate daily workshop jobs to technicians efficiently.
- Ensure smooth communication between Service, Parts, and Workshop teams.
- Monitor job progress, quality, and completion times.
- Maximise workshop efficiency and productivity.
- Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and compliance.
- Essential: Previous experience as a Workshop Controller within the motor trade.
The Package:
Salary: Up to £35,000 basic + bonus £40,000 OTE
Hours: Monday - Friday 08:00am - 5:00pm, 1 in 3 Saturdays 08:00am-12:30pm
