The Role: Silcom Recruitment currently have an exciting opportunity available for a franchised main dealership group on the outskirts of Southampton. My client is seeking a highly knowledgeable and experienced Used Car Sales Manager to join the team based in Southampton.
The successful candidate must have experience leading an established team and have a sound knowledge and understanding of used cars.
Responsibilities of a Used Car Sales Manager:
- Drive the business forward by achieving sales targets across used vehicles, finance and insurance products and accessories.
- Manage and motivate a team of sales executives, ensuring they are achieving their targets and providing excellent customer service.
- Monitor the sales process, ensuring customers are contacted in a timely manner and their requirements are understood and met.
- Manage and maintain the vehicle stock, ensuring an attractive and tidy display at all times.
Key Requirements of a Used Car Sales Manager:
- Current &/or previous experience in used car sales is essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
The Package:
Working Hours: Monday to Saturday with a day off in the week. Sundays, not rota’d only expectation would be events or rare occasions for cover.
In return, they are offering a very attractive package, with a basic salary of up to £40,000 with an OTE of £66,000 uncapped OTE, as well as a quarterly paid over achievement bonus, taking the overall package above £75,000!! Additional benefits include company car and other great benefits!
