This is an exciting opportunity to join a professional, customer-focused dealership representing a wide range of premium and luxury vehicles, with a reputation built on quality, expertise and exceptional customer service. The business offers prestige vehicles from a variety of leading manufacturers, comprehensive aftersales support, warranty options, finance solutions and vehicle sourcing services.
As a Service Advisor, you'll be the vital link between customers and the workshop, ensuring every customer receives a first-class experience from booking through to vehicle collection.
Responsibilities & Requirements:
- Welcome customers and act as their main point of contact throughout the service and repair journey.
- Book vehicles into the workshop and coordinate closely with technicians to maximise efficiency.
- Prepare accurate estimates, obtain customer authorisation and keep customers informed throughout the day.
- Identify opportunities to recommend additional repairs, service plans and value-added aftersales products.
- Complete job cards, invoices and all associated documentation accurately in line with manufacturer and company standards.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience, building long-term relationships and encouraging repeat business.
The Package:
- Salary: £27,000 Basic + Bonus £32,000 OTE
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 6:00pm – No Weekends!!
