We are recruiting on behalf of an established car dealership based around the outskirts of Southampton, Hampshire. Our client is seeking to add an experienced Progress Coordinator to their team on a permanent basis. Reporting to the Aftersales Manager, you will be responsible for the following:
- Working alongside the Aftersales Manager to ensure smooth transition for all customers visiting the dealership.
- Progress chase vehicles through the workshop to ensure repair/servicing work is completed.
- Car park organisation, ensuring customers are dealt with in busy periods.
- General department organisation and administration support for the line manager.
Organisation, sense for urgency and attention to detail are key attributes for this position.
The Package: Basic salary up to £29,741. Monday - Friday 7:30am-17:30pm no weekends.
