Silcom Recruitment are pleased to be supporting a valued client based in Yeovil, who are looking to appoint a skilled Vehicle Technician to join their growing franchise, offering great bonus opportunities and company benefits. Opportunities are available across multiple levels, Service Technicians, Vehicle Technicians, and Master Technicians.
Responsibilities Requirements of a Vehicle Technician:
- Carry out servicing, maintenance, and repairs in line with manufacturer standards.
- Diagnose faults and complete vehicle health checks to identify additional work.
- Ensure all work is completed efficiently, to a high standard, and documented accurately.
- Previous experience within a dealership or independent garage environment is advantageous.
- NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Light Vehicle Maintenance Repair required.
- A valid UK driving licence is essential.
The Package:
- Salary: Up to £32,000 basic + bonus £36,000 OTE
- Hours: Monday - Friday 08:00am - 5:00pm, 1 in 3 Saturdays 08:00am-12:30pm
- Modern workshop facilities with up-to-date diagnostic equipment.
