We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Service Advisor to join our client—an established, multi-brand main dealership group with a strong presence in the local area. Based at their busy site on the outskirts of Melksham, this business is known for its stable, long-standing aftersales team and supportive, family-run culture. This is an incredible time to join, as they continue to invest in growth and development—offering a great opportunity to become part of a well-respected and expanding team.
You’ll enjoy a Monday to Friday working week and a 12:00pm finish on a Friday every second week, a positive working environment, and genuine opportunities to progress as the business continues to evolve.
Key Responsibilities of a Service Advisor:- Handle service bookings via telephone, email, online inquiries, and interactive booking methods.
- Provide a warm, welcoming experience for customers—managing their arrival, keeping them updated, and recommending additional services.
- Generate invoices, process payments, and clearly explain any work carried out by technicians.
- Rotate through administrative duties, with a particular focus on front desk operations, ensuring smooth booking and paperwork processes.
- Salary: £25,500 - £28,000 basic (up to £30,000 OTE depending on experience)
- Hours: Monday to Friday – Week 1: 8:00am to 6:00pm | Week 2: 8:00am to 5:00pm
- Friday 12:00pm finish on a rota basis & No Weekends!
