We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Service Advisor to join our client, a well-established, family-run sales and service centre on the outskirts of Chippenham. This is an incredible time to join, as they embark on ambitious growth plans, offering a chance to be part of their expanding team while maintaining their strong family-focused culture.
You’ll enjoy a Monday to Friday working week, a supportive team environment, and genuine opportunities to grow as the business continues to evolve.
Key Responsibilities of a Service Advisor:- Handle service bookings via telephone, email, online inquiries, and interactive booking methods.
- Provide a warm, welcoming experience for customers managing their arrival, keeping them updated, and recommending additional services.
- Generate invoices, process payments, and clearly explain any work carried out by technicians.
- Rotate through administrative duties, with a particular focus on front desk operations, ensuring smooth booking and paperwork processes.
- Salary: £27,000 - £30,000 basic (depending on experience)
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am – 5:30 pm (1-hour lunch) – No Weekends!
