The Role: We currently have a superb opportunity for an experienced Service Advisor to join a well-established and highly reputable automotive dealership based in Exeter. Our client is a successful franchised main dealership with a strong local presence and an excellent reputation for customer care. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a business that offers genuine long term career progression and industry leading training. Working within a modern, high-performing aftersales team, you’ll be responsible for delivering a memorable customer service experience, supporting the service department, and ensuring smooth and efficient day to day operations. Responsibilities & Requirements: Greet and check in customers for service and repair appointments. Act as the main point of contact between the customer and workshop team. Upsell additional services and repair work where appropriate. Ensure accurate preparation of job cards and invoices. Communicate progress updates to customers and handle queries efficiently. Previous experience in a main dealer service advisor role is essential. A full UK driving licence is required. Package: Salary: Up to £32,000 basic salary (depending on experience) On Target Earnings: Up to £40,000 per annum! Working Hours: Monday to Friday 08:00 – 18:00, with 1 in 4 Saturdays 08:00 – 12:00 Excellent long-term opportunity with genuine career development.
