Overview
Silcom Recruitment are seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join a well-established main-dealer franchise, based in Hedge End. We are looking for candidates with previous experience working as a Service Advisor or Aftersales Advisor within the motor trade, who can deliver outstanding customer care in a busy dealership environment. Responsibilities & Requirements
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the service and repair process.
- Book customer vehicles into the workshop and liaise with technicians to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of jobs.
- Provide accurate cost estimates, gain customer authorisation, and communicate updates efficiently.
- Upsell additional work, service plans, and value-added products where appropriate.
- Ensure all customer documentation, invoices, and job cards are completed correctly and comply with company and manufacturer standards.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain strong working relationships with both customers and colleagues.
The Package
- £29,000 Basic Salary
- £6,000 realistic annual bonus (£500 per month average) - OTE £35,000, dependent on the individual, uncapped!!
- Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 6:00pm
- 1 in 12 Saturdays on rota (half day) - x4 Saturdays a year
- Virtually a Monday to Friday working week.
