The Role: Silcom Recruitment is excited to be supporting a well-established and successful dealership group who have a site in the Bognor Regis area of West Sussex, seeking an experienced and customer focused Service Advisor to join their growing aftersales team. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a busy and professional operation, offering excellent earning potential, a supportive management team, and a rewarding bonus structure.
Responsibilities Requirements:
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the service and repair journey.
- Manage customer bookings, vehicle check-ins, and vehicle handovers.
- Liaise effectively with the workshop team to ensure accurate communication and timely updates.
- Promote and sell additional aftersales products and services, including service plans and workshop recommendations.
- Maximise labour sales and upsell opportunities through Vehicle Health Checks (VHCs).
- Ensure all customer records and job documentation are maintained accurately.
Previous experience as a Service Advisor within the motor trade is essential. Full UK driving licence required.
