Silcom Recruitment are currently searching for a Service Advisor to join our client located in Dorchester. Working within a premium environment, for an established and respected brand, you will be a part of a small team of three experienced and passionate Customer Service Advisors.
Responsibilities & Requirements of a Service Advisor:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing their service needs and concerns with professionalism and courtesy.
- Oversee the scheduling and coordination of service appointments, ensuring efficient workflow and timely completion of tasks.
- Mentor and support junior service advisors, providing guidance and training to enhance their skills and performance.
- Ensure accurate and comprehensive documentation of service requests, customer interactions, and service history.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards in all service operations.
- Assist in promoting and upselling additional services or products to customers as appropriate.
Package:
- Basic Salary: £28,000 + Bonus - £30,000+ Package
- Hours: Monday to Friday [8:00am - 6:00pm] & (1-in-4) Saturday mornings – 8:30am – 1:00pm
