Renowned for delivering high level automotive services, they are on the lookout for a dynamic Senior Service Advisor to join their team. This role offers a unique chance to lead, manage, and contribute to the excellence of their aftersales department.
Responsibilities & Requirements of a Senior Service Advisor
- Provide excellent service to customers, ensuring their needs are met promptly
- Manage service appointments, bookings, and maintain an organised workflow
- Coordinate with the service team to enhance overall efficiency
- Uphold the client's reputation for outstanding customer service
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Service Advisor
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational abilities and multitasking skills
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and customer-focused environment
The Package:
£30,000 to £35,000 basic salary (experience dependent)
Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00 am to 6:00 pm, Every other Saturday 8:00 am to 2:00 pm
