Silcom Recruitment are delighted to present a superb opportunity for a Senior Sales Executive to join one of our long-standing clients at their modern, refurbished showroom located in the outskirts of Southampton.
This is a brilliant opportunity for a confident and experienced Sales Executive to step into a senior role within a supportive and successful dealer environment.
As a Senior Sales Executive, you will be responsible for selling both new and used vehicles, delivering an outstanding customer experience throughout the entire sales process. You will be a driven individual who leads from the front, consistently achieves targets, and sets high standards across the sales floor.
This role would suit a proven car sales professional looking to progress into a more senior role or someone already operating at senior level ready for a new challenge.
Responsibilities & Requirements of a Senior Sales Executive:
- Delivering a first-class customer experience from initial enquiry through to handover
- Achieving and exceeding both individual and team sales targets
- Maintaining a high level of product knowledge and keeping up to date with the latest models and features
- Working closely with management to drive showroom performance
- Supporting and mentoring junior sales team members where required
- A minimum of 2-3 years motor trade experience is essential
- Full UK driving licence is required
The Package:
Basic Salary: £21,000
Realistic OTE: £60,000+
Hours:
Monday to Friday – 8:30am to 6:00pm
Saturday – 9:00am to 5:00pm
Sunday – 1 in 3 rota
Day off in the week
