How to prepare for a job interview at Silcom Recruitment Limited
✨Know Your Product
Before the interview, make sure you’re familiar with the types of vehicles the dealership sells. Research their stock, pricing, and any special finance options they offer. This will show your genuine interest and help you engage in meaningful conversations during the interview.
✨Showcase Your Sales Skills
Prepare to discuss your previous sales experience, especially in face-to-face environments. Think of specific examples where you successfully engaged customers, negotiated deals, or met sales targets. This will demonstrate your capability and readiness for the Sales Executive role.
