Silcom Recruitment is delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a successful and established motor trade business based in Exeter, seeking an experienced and driven Sales Executive to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a reputable, customer-focused dealership offering superb earning potential, a supportive working culture, and excellent long-term career prospects.
Responsibilities & Requirements:
- Engage with customers to understand their vehicle needs, delivering a professional and tailored sales experience.
- Achieve sales targets through effective lead management, customer follow-up, and strong product knowledge.
- Previous experience as a Sales Executive within the motor trade is highly desired but not essential if you hold sales experience.
- Excellent communication skills, self-motivated, and target-driven.
- Full UK Driving Licence required.
The Package:
- Starting Salary: £27,500 (Performance-based salary banding £22,000–£30,000 depending on experience).
- OTE: Up to £60,000+ Uncapped.
- Company Car Provided.
- Hours: Monday–Friday 08:00–18:00 | Saturdays 08:00–17:00 | No Sundays.
- One 4-day weekend off per month (Friday–Monday, rota’d).
