The Role
Our established client based in Redditch have an immediate need for an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their team on a temporary basis.
Most likely for a two month period, our client seeks an accomplished Purchase Ledger Clerk to help process a backlog of invoices.
A superb opportunity offering flexibility and the chance to work within a fast paced, established business - The position could also extend beyond the two month projected finish date.
Working as part of a team and reporting into the company Management Accountant, the successful applicant will be responsible for the following:
- Matching and posting high volume invoices
- Reconciling statements
- Resolution of supplier queries
- Processing BACS payments.
- Parts invoicing (GRNI)
- Previous experience of processing invoices in a fast-paced environment;
Requirements
- Motor trade accounting knowledge & experience preferred
- Kerridge system experience preferred
