Are you a highly experienced and capable Vehicle Technician seeking a fresh new job opportunity? Silcom Recruitment is currently working with a great client actively searching for a skilled Vehicle Technician to become part of their team, located in South Reading. This independent garage provides outstanding opportunities!
Responsibilities & Requirements of a Vehicle Technician:
- Driving Licence (required).
- You will hold an NVQ Level 3 or equivalent as a minimum.
- Conduct diagnostic tests using the latest tools and technologies.
- Carry out routine servicing and complex repairs on a wide range of vehicles (All makes).
- Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical faults.
- Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician or Mechanic with a minimum of 5 years experience in a workshop environment.
The Package:
- Basic salary of £50,000 with no bonus.
- Overtime available when required.
- Monday to Friday 8:00am – 6:00pm.
- Saturdays (1 in 2) 08:00 – 1:00pm.
