Silcom Recruitment is actively seeking a Service Advisor on behalf of one of our highly esteemed clients, a motor trade dealership group located in the Portsmouth area. Our client is in search of an experienced Service Advisor to become an integral part of their well-established team. As a Service Advisor, you play a crucial role within our service team, overseeing the seamless and customer-oriented service process.
Responsibilities & Requirements of a Service Advisor:
- Act as the adept liaison between our valued customers and the workshop and perform a thorough check-in of the vehicle, reviewing customer and vehicle data.
- Engage directly with customers to significantly influence their satisfaction, culminating in the triumph of our aftersales operation.
- Oversee the repair workflow and coordinate additional repair services as needed.
- Maintain responsibility for job packets and related documentation.
- Prior experience as a service advisor in the automotive industry is desired but not essential.
- Someone technically adept is required for this role.
Package:
- Salary: £28,320 Basic + Bonus (Realistic & achievable £36,000+ package, UNCAPPED)
- Monday to Friday [8:00am - 6:00pm]
- 1 Saturday every 3 months on rota [8:30am - 1:00pm]
