The Role: Silcom Recruitment currently have a great opportunity available for an experienced Vehicle Technician, working for an established client of ours based around in the Plymouth area. Amazing earning potential attached to this role, as well as the chance to work for a brilliant organisation. Total package potential north of £45,000 (subject to experience!) Our client is an established main dealership group, representing a respected, forward thinking and innovative brand.
Responsibilities & Requirements of a Vehicle Technician:
- Undertake repair and servicing of motor vehicles.
- PDI/Prep work (subject to experience)
- MOT testing
- A Full UK Driving Licence
- The ability to communicate with customers effectively
- A sound mechanical knowledge
- Level 3 qualified
- Franchise or independent workshop experience preferred
Package:
- Basic salary £30,000 - £36,500 dependent on experience.
- Bonus circa £10,000 per annum, paid at £12.50 per hour!
- Monday to Friday - 8:30am-5:30pm - 30-minute lunch.
- Saturday rota (typically 1 in 2 or 3 weekends) – 8:30am-1:00pm.
