We’re currently recruiting for an experienced Paint Sprayer to join our client—an established and forward-thinking motor trade business based in Southampton. Renowned for their attention to detail and high-quality finishes, this business provides a stable working environment with great earning potential, ongoing training, and a supportive team culture.

Key Responsibilities of a Paint Sprayer:
- Prepare vehicles for painting, including masking and priming surfaces as required.
- Mix and apply paints using manual and automated techniques to achieve flawless finishes.
- Carry out full resprays, panel repairs, and touch-ups to a high standard.
- Work closely with the prep and bodyshop teams to ensure seamless job completion.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environment.
- Follow health and safety guidelines and manufacturer specifications at all times.
- Attend training to stay up to date with the latest paint systems and procedures.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience as a Vehicle Paint Sprayer within a bodyshop or accident repair centre.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality finishes consistently.
- Experience working with water-based and solvent-based paints.
- Full UK Driving Licence is essential.
- A proactive attitude and team player mentality.
The Package:
- Salary: £40,000 Basic Salary, OTE £45,000+
- Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00am - 16:30pm
