Role
The Role: We are working with a well-established and respected main dealership who are seeking a qualified MOT Tester to join their team in Southampton. This role primarily focuses on MOT testing, with some light service work required when needed. A fantastic opportunity to secure a stable position with strong earning potential and no weekend work.
Responsibilities
- Carry out MOT tests in line with DVSA standards.
- Support the workshop with light servicing and maintenance when required.
- Diagnose and repair faults accurately and efficiently.
- Complete job cards and service records to a professional standard.
Requirements
- Hold a valid MOT Testing licence (essential).
- Level 3 Vehicle Maintenance & Repair qualification required.
The Package
- Package 1: £36,465 Basic – OTE £44,000. Monday to Friday – 8:30am to 5:30pm. Overtime paid at 1.5.
- Package 2: £34,000 Basic – OTE £48,000. Mon-Thurs: 8:45am-5:00pm, Fri: 8:30am-5:00pm. Overtime paid at 1.5.
- Both packages include ongoing training, career development, and an excellent benefits package.
