The Role: Silcom Recruitment are on the hunt for an experienced Transaction Manager to join a highly regarded client of ours, located in Horsham. This position provides an opportunity for the successful individual to be the first within the business to hold such a role, working closely with the Sales Manager to support a small team of four Sales Executives.

Responsibilities of a Transaction Manager:

  • Drive F&I performance across the sales department, maximising finance penetration and additional product sales.
  • Support and coach the sales team to confidently present finance options, insurance products and value-added services.
  • Work closely with the Sales Manager to monitor performance, identify opportunities and improve profitability.
  • Structure finance proposals that meet customer needs while achieving commercial targets.
  • Ensure all finance activity is fully compliant with FCA regulations and company procedures.
  • Review deals, manage finance applications and liaise with lenders to secure suitable customer outcomes.

The Package:

  • Basic salary of £28,000
  • £58,000+ OTE + Company Car
  • Five day week Monday-Friday – 8:30am-6:00pm – Day off in week Saturday – 9:00-5:00
  • No Sundays

Bonus paid on gross profit as per below ladder monthly:

  • 100% £2000
  • 90% £1900
  • 80% £1500
  • £250 monthly order take bonus based on 60 new & used cars
  • £750 Quarterly bonus for achieving F&I Budget
