This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Senior Service Advisor wanting a step up, or current Assistant Manager, or Service Manager seeking a new challenge.
Responsibilities & Requirements:
- Support the Service Manager in overseeing the day-to-day running of the service department.
- Deliver exceptional customer service at the front desk, ensuring a smooth service reception experience.
- Motivate and lead the service team to achieve targets and maintain high standards.
- Handle customer concerns efficiently, always aiming for first-time resolution.
- Contribute to departmental performance, profitability, and CSI scores.
The Package:
- £34,000 Basic + £10,000 Bonus – £44,000 OTE + Car
- Monday to Friday – 8:00am until 6:00pm
- Only 1 in 8 Saturday mornings
