This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Service Advisor/Senior Service Advisor ready to endure a clear path towards management and seeking a fresh challenge within a progressive dealer environment.
Responsibilities & Requirements:
- Support the Service Manager in overseeing the day-to-day front-of-house operations within the service department.
- Act as a role model for the service team, assisting with training, mentoring, and maintaining high customer service standards.
- Welcome customers to the service reception, managing bookings, vehicle handovers, and follow-up communication.
- Ensure clear communication between customers and workshop teams, providing updates on progress, costs, and timescales.
- Handle escalated customer concerns with professionalism and efficiency, aiming for first-time resolution.
- Assist in achieving departmental performance targets, including profitability, efficiency, and CSI scores.
- Previous motor trade service advisor experience is essential, ideally with exposure to a supervisory or senior role, but this is not essential.
The Package:
- Up to £34,000 Basic (experience dependent) + overtime & bonus - £38,000 OTE.
- Monday to Friday - 8:00am until 5:30pm.
