Our client is seeking a professional and customer-focused Service Receptionist to join their busy Bodyshop team. Operating from an established and highly regarded repair centre, the business provides a comprehensive range of vehicle accident and body repair services, including collision repairs, dent removal, paint and scratch repairs, vehicle diagnostics and associated repair work. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and organised Service Receptionist to join a successful automotive business and become an integral part of a busy Bodyshop operation. Working closely with customers, technicians, estimators and the wider Bodyshop team, you will be responsible for providing a welcoming and professional first point of contact while helping to ensure customers receive a smooth and well-communicated experience throughout their vehicle s repair journey.
