We’re seeking a passionate and driven individual who would like to build a fantastic career within a supportive and infectious sales environment whilst developing into a key component of Silcom's growth journey! We support our valued and trusted clients on permanent, temporary and contract positions, and have developed a strong reputation for providing a standout service to both our clients and candidates.
Must have a full UK Driver's License
What you will be doing:
- Actively source and identify potential candidates through multiple channels such as job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Maintain and update CRM, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records of candidate profiles and interactions.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and clients, ensuring a smooth and seamless process.
- Ability to quickly adapt to new tasks, responsibilities, and changing priorities within a fast-paced recruitment environment.
- Demonstrate a willingness and eagerness to learn about the recruitment process, industry and client expectations.
- Effective organisational skills to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and customer interactions simultaneously.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, sharing insights and contributing to the overall success and culture of the recruitment team.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism in interactions with both clients and candidates, representing both themselves and the company positively.
- Some recruitment experience would be ideal. However, we’d also love to speak with individuals from a sales or customer service background who showcase a willingness, and desire to learn and develop.
