The Role
Silcom Recruitment have the pleasure once again of working with one of our highly esteemed clients.
Assisting them in the acquisition of a confident Driver & Car Valeter to deal with simple delivery tasks and general customer service, as well as keeping the vehicles prepared & cleaned to a dealer standard.
We are seeking a polite and professional individual to join their team on a permanent basis, and assist in this pleasurable fast paced role.
Responsibilities & Requirements
- Drive, deliver and/or collect vehicles for servicing, as directed by the service department.
- Completing vehicle inspection for every customer, prior to collection and delivery.
- Parking vehicles & forecourt arrangement.
- Experienced in washing, valeting and maintaining vehicles to a dealer standard.
- Preparing vehicles for rental and ensuring they are cleaned to the highest standards. Ability to use valet materials quickly and efficiently.
- Previous motor trade knowledge and experience desirable, but not essential.
- Clean driving licence - essential.
- Strong communication skills and commitment to customer service.
- Ability to be a good team player and work on your own initiative.
- A positive and proactive attitude.
- High standards and attention to detail & customer satisfaction.
- Someone with a motor trade background and understands the importance customer satisfaction would thrive in this role.
Package
£24,000 - £26,000 Basic Salary + Excellent company benefits.
Monday to Friday / 8:00am - 6:00pm.
Saturday morning rota (Alternate weekends).
