We are seeking a driven, confident, and customer focused Car Sales Executive to join a highly successful main dealership based in Chichester. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious individual who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment and is motivated by delivering exceptional customer service while maximising sales opportunities.

Responsibilities & Requirements of a Car Sales Executive:

  • Deliver an exceptional and personalised customer experience from start to finish.
  • Engage with customers professionally and confidently, both face-to-face and digitally.
  • Actively promote new and used vehicle stock to maximise sales opportunities.
  • Complete all sales administration accurately and promptly.
  • Maintain strong product knowledge of the latest models, features, and finance options.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales management team to achieve monthly targets.
  • Conduct structured follow-up to ensure repeat business and customer retention.
  • Represent the dealership brand to the highest standard at all times.

Package:

  • Basic Salary: £18,000, realistic & achievable OTE £75,000+ (Uncapped commission!), plus a company car & fantastic company benefits.
  • Hours: Monday–Friday: 8:30am – 6:00pm, Saturday: 9:00am – 5:00pm, Sunday: 1 in 3 rota – 10:00am – 4:00pm.
