We're recruiting on behalf of a highly respected automotive retailer in Chichester, offering the chance to join a successful aftersales team within a modern dealership known for its commitment to customer service, quality, and career development. The site forms part of a long-established, family-owned dealer group with an excellent reputation across the South Coast.
As a Parts Advisor, you'll play a key role in supporting the workshop, service department, and retail customers by delivering outstanding service and ensuring the efficient supply of genuine manufacturer parts.
Responsibilities & Requirements of a Parts Advisor:
- Assisting retail and trade customers with parts enquiries both in person and over the phone.
- Identifying and supplying the correct parts quickly and accurately.
- Managing stock levels, goods in, and inventory control.
- Processing orders, invoices, and parts documentation.
- Supporting the workshop and service teams to maintain an efficient workflow.
- Delivering exceptional customer service while building strong customer relationships.
Package:
- Basic Salary: £30,000 Basic Salary + £1,200 Annual Bonus!!!
- Hours: Monday to Friday: 8:00am – 5:30pm, Only 1 in 8 Saturdays (approximately one Saturday every two months)
