The Role: Silcom Recruitment is recruiting for a motor trade experienced Sales Manager, to work as a Commercial Vehicle Sales Manager for an established, main dealership group. Our client is located in Basingstoke, and also represents a household name.
Responsibilities & Requirements:
- Lead, motivate and develop the Commercial Vehicle Sales team to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local businesses, fleet operators and key commercial customers to generate new and repeat business.
- Drive profitability by maximising new and used commercial vehicle sales, finance penetration and value-added products.
- Manage the sales pipeline, forecasting and stock levels to ensure business objectives and manufacturer standards are achieved.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience while ensuring full compliance with manufacturer processes and FCA regulations.
The Package:
- £45,000 Basic – £70,000+ On Target Earnings Potential!!
- Five Day Working Week - Monday to Friday – 8:30 - 6:00 (Day off in the week).
- Saturday – One in four – 8:30-5:00
- No Sundays - Five-Day week
