We are recruiting for a new role with a client based close to High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire. The role is to work as a member of an established, and also growing team, of 8 office administration people, for a British manufacturer of technical components.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming customer calls
- Address customer questions around products, deliveries and services
- Process orders and invoices using Sage
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through diplomacy and tact
- Work with computer‑based systems
Qualifications
- Excellent phone voice and customer service skills
- Experience with Sage (advantageous)
