Compensation: £40,000 - £42,000 + bonus, commission, company car + benefits

Location: West Midlands (Postcodes: BB, BL, CH, CW, FY, L, LL, M, OL, PR, WA, B, DY, ST, SY, TF, WS, WV) Ideally based in the centre of the area.

About the Company: This successful, longstanding and hugely innovative organisation is one of the major players in the production of a superb range of tools for metalwork including turning, grooving, milling and boring. Their products are sold into the Manufacturing, Automotive and Aerospace sectors.

Responsibilities:

  • Utilise technical and commercial skills to support the development of customer relationships within direct and distribution networks.
  • Work within the sales team and report to the Regional Manager.
  • Cover the West Midlands territory, ideally based in the centre of the area.
  • Support three Area Sales Managers and promote a range of high-quality cutting tools and solutions to sectors including Manufacturing, Automotive and Aerospace.

Qualifications:

  • Strong CNC background essential; previous experience as a Miller, Turner, Setter or Operator.
  • ONC/HNC Mechanical Engineering qualification or CNC experience gained within a relevant Technical Apprenticeship.
  • Experience in Cutting Tools sales with distributors and direct customers is beneficial but not essential.
  • CAD/CAM experience highly beneficial.
  • Disciplined, target-driven individual capable of working on their own initiative.
