A talented Product Specialist for Holemaking is sought to support customer trials, product testing, making technical evaluations, and completing demonstrations and test reports. You will report to the Rotating Tools Manager and work in a team-based environment, delivering product and application training to internal and external customers, as well as supporting product launches, seminars, and open houses.
Further responsibilities include contributing to market research, competitor analysis, and product strategy. Strong, hands-on technical and application knowledge within the CNC sector is required, gained via a technical apprenticeship or qualification. Solid carbide tooling experience, particularly in Milling and Drilling within sectors such as Aerospace and Automotive, is expected.
This role requires a commercial awareness and the ability to identify growth opportunities. You should be self-motivated, influential, and possess strong planning and organisational skills, comfortable working independently in a national role with overnight stays.
First-class communication and presentation skills are essential, along with proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. You must be able to explain technical information clearly to customers and sales teams. The client's induction programme is superb, and while excellent ongoing support will be provided in a highly team-based environment, it is key that you can also work individually and travel nationally.
