Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate interpretation services between Nilo-Saharan and English

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Nilo-Saharan and English
  • Prior experience as a Nilo-Saharan interpreter
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Dedication to professionalism and confidentiality
  • Flexibility and availability for freelance assignments

Preferred Qualifications and Experience

  • Minimum 2 years’ interpreting experience
  • Community Interpreting Level 3 Certificate
  • DPSI
  • Any other qualifications related to Interpreting or Translation
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Languages, Translation, Interpretation or Linguistics
  • Ph.D. or Doctoral in Linguistics
  • Certificate of Higher Education in Translation, Interpretation, Languages, Philology or Linguistics
