Reporting to the MFL Operational Lead for Modern Foreign Languages, the post holder will effectively deliver French lessons to primary aged pupils. The post is part-time, term-time and fixed term from 1st September 2026 until 31st March 2027 (Up to 14 hours per week).
- Delivering French lessons to full classes from Nursery to Year 6 in a number of schools
- Preparing resources and teaching aids
- Following SIL's MFL schemes of work and planning in order to deliver the primary MFL curriculum effectively
Personal Qualities
- Fluency in French
- Experience of delivering French lessons in schools
To embody with enthusiasm the ideal that learning the French language is an enjoyable and inclusive experience, which is challenging and yet achievable for the pupils.
