SiL Testing System Ltd. is an international academic contest organiser that works with schools, learning centres, and students across more than 60 countries worldwide. As we prepare to expand our flagship STEM Series Test throughout the United Kingdom, we are seeking passionate and entrepreneurial individuals to join us as Regional Coordinators in cities and regions across the UK. This is an exciting opportunity for those interested in education, school partnerships, community engagement, and educational business development.

About the STEM Series Test

The SiL STEM Series Test is designed for students aged 7–15 and covers:

  • Mathematics
  • Science
  • Computer & Digital Literacy

Participating students receive personalised result slips, whilst schools receive detailed cohort-level analysis and curriculum insights. Our mission is to make high-quality academic enrichment accessible to more students whilst providing meaningful educational data to schools and families.

The Opportunity

We are appointing exclusive Regional Coordinators to represent SiL Testing within their local area. Rather than operating through a single national representative, we believe local partnerships are best developed by people who understand their own communities, schools, and educational landscape. As our Regional Partner & Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

  • Building relationships with schools, tuition centres, and educational organisations
  • Introducing local schools to the SiL STEM Series Test
  • Supporting local promotion and student registrations
  • Identifying potential hosting venues and community partners
  • Acting as SiL's local representative within your city or region

Who Would Be Suitable?

We welcome applications from:

  • Tutors and tuition centre owners
  • Current or former teachers
  • Education consultants
  • School governors
  • Children's activity providers
  • Education entrepreneurs
  • Individuals with strong local school and community networks

Compensation

This is a performance-based commission opportunity. There is:

  • No joining fee
  • No licence fee
  • No onboarding fee
  • No franchise fee

Regional Coordinators earn commission based on student registrations generated within their designated region. The stronger the participation from your local schools and community, the greater the earning potential. Exclusive territory arrangements may be offered to suitable candidates.

Why Join SiL?

  • Work with an up-and-coming international education contest organiser & resource provider
  • Flexible and remote working structure
  • Opportunity to build meaningful school partnerships
  • Potential to grow alongside the organisation as we expand across the UK
  • Make a positive impact on students' learning and enrichment opportunities

Optional:
