The organisation has grown, expanding its activities to support an increasing number of beneficiaries. SIKH SANJOG remains committed to fostering inclusion and empowerment through meaningful community initiatives.
We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Office Administrator to share the day-to-day running of our office. This is a central role within Sikh Sanjog, ensuring smooth operations while supporting the Directors and wider team, including diary coordination and digital communications (social media and website). This role is fully office-based and cannot be carried out from home.
Hours: 25 hours per week (job share)
Location: Edinburgh (office-based)
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day running of the office
- Maintain systems, records, and office supplies
- Provide administrative support across the organisation
- Coordinate Directors’ diaries and meetings
- Act as first point of contact for enquiries
- Manage website updates and social media content
- Support Board meetings, AGM and events
Safeguarding & PVG:
This role involves supporting services for children, young people and families. The successful candidate will:
- Be required to join the PVG Scheme
- Adhere to safeguarding policies
- Participate in safeguarding training
