About Sika Flooring
Sika flooring and coating solutions are used in various functional areas in buildings and facilities, for example, for industrial floors with mechanical and chemical resistance, food industry floors with hygienic requirements, through to car park deck coatings suitable for vehicle traffic. Understanding needs and delivering market-leading flooring systems from specification to site to ensure the best value for our partners.
We now have an exciting opportunity to expand in the residential, commercial and institutional sectors through the development of new technology focusing on underlayment for a variety of floor finishes within these sectors.
Purpose of the role
To achieve sales of Sika's Flooring underlayment range by focusing on core customer relationships and through key clients and projects. To deliver growth and profitability for a specific geographical area in line with an agreed business plan.
The Opportunity:

- To achieve pre-agreed sales targets and KPI’s by building strong relationships with Flooring contractor customers and winning key projects.
- To identify potential new specialist contractor customers.
- Carry out technical training sessions with the support of the technical team to actively promote Sika's range of underlayment products.
- To promote new product introductions in line with the presented long-term business plan and strategy.
- To promote and identify opportunities for TM Flooring as well as other target markets.
- To be up to date with all competitor activity within the specified area.
- This is a field-based role with office and home working and will involve regular travel and interaction with both internal and external stakeholders across the industry.
