We’re looking for a Product Engineer for Single‑ply Membranes to join our Roofing Product Management team. Field‑based Sika Roofing is a market leader manufacturer with an enviable track record across the UK and globally. Sika designs, manufactures and innovates an extensive range of flat roofing systems – our brands Sarnafil, Sikaplan, Sikalastic and Sikashield are among the most recognised for durability, reliability and sustainability.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the technical authority for the single‑ply membrane range, ensuring systems remain compliant, competitive and aligned to market needs.
  • Provide technical leadership across system design, testing, certification and performance to support sustained growth and market leadership.
  • Shape the future of the range by driving product development, innovation and portfolio optimisation, balancing growth opportunities with commercial performance and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with sales, technical, supply chain and marketing to deliver high‑quality product information, enable specification success and support customers on complex, high‑value projects.
