Job Description: The Sales Apprentice role will work alongside the Sales team to support sales generation, identify new sales leads and assist both the sales team and wider support functions. Daily activities will include engaging with new customers, exploring new opportunities, and contributing to core sales administration all with the overall goal of increasing the Sika brand presence, growing sales, and expanding the customer database. This is a field-based role with some office and home working and will involve regular interaction with both internal and external stakeholders across the business.

Qualifications: The Skills Strong communication and customer service skills. Proactive and resilient approach, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good organisation, attention to detail, and time management are essential. Commercial awareness, problem-solving ability, and confidence using IT systems such as CRM and Microsoft Office. Enthusiasm for learning, adaptability, a results-driven mindset, and the ability to identify and pursue new sales opportunities are also important.
