Sika UK is seeking an experienced Reliability and Maintenance Systems Manager to lead the maintenance excellence journey across the UK manufacturing network.
You will deploy and advance a modern Reliability-Centred Maintenance (RCM) strategy to keep assets safe, reliable and cost-efficient.
Reporting to Operations, you will drive CMMS/EAM optimisation, data analytics, and continuous improvement across sites, coaching a small team and partnering with engineering and site leaders.
