Job Description: Our Operations function sits at the heart of Sika’s manufacturing and supply chain performance, ensuring that what we make is safe, compliant, efficient and delivered to customers on time, every time. In Redditch, Operations plays a critical role in supporting UK and Ireland growth ambitions through high‑performing, resilient manufacturing. The team is focused on building a high‑engagement, high‑accountability culture, strengthening health & safety leadership, embedding continuous improvement, and developing people's capability to support sustainable performance improvements.

Purpose of the Role: As Team Leader, you will lead from the front—creating an environment where safety is never compromised, performance standards are clear, and people feel motivated, developed, and accountable for results. This role is central to translating operational strategy into day‑to‑day execution, ensuring that plans are delivered safely, efficiently, and consistently while developing the next generation of operational talent.
