Sika is seeking a HR & Payroll Coordinator on an 18‑month FTC to join our UK HR team.
The role will support payroll data in Success Factors across UK entities and handle HR processes from new hires to terminations, including reimbursements and ad hoc payments.
You will work four days on site with one day from home, engaging with stakeholders, ensuring compliance and delivering monthly HR reports.
CIPD L5 and payroll experience in SME are preferred.
